Lost in translation: An exploration of music therapists' experience of working with spoken language interpreters.

Hello, my name is Jess Clarke, I'm a final year MA music therapy student at the University of Roehampton. For my dissertation project, I am exploring the impact of a spoken language interpreter upon interactions that take place within a music therapy session for refugees.

I'm searching for music therapists who have experience working with refugees alongside a spoken language interpreter for my study.

Participation in the study will involve an interview which will then be analysed using Interpretative Phenomological Analysis. The interview will last for approximately one hour. Interviews will take place via Zoom in May 2022.
